The touted Ruby on Rails makeover of this site hasn’t happened yet…so the weblog feed’s back on the front page for a bit. Thing is, I don’t have enough time to get down to it - and I can’t really see it happening until Christmas now.
I have installed everything, I think, on a development machine and that wasn’t exactly easy. Then I was waylaid by work and podcasting experiments (soon, ‘vodcasting’ - video casting - that name can’t last, surely). Then I had no time left. By the time I get round to it I guess it won’t be cutting edge anymore - by which I mean it might actually be usable - I think I’ve already come across one development environment for it.
