w.bloggar…not sure why
w.bloggar is a blogging tool from Marcelo Cabral and I’m not sure yet if I’ll find any use for it. It’s an offline weblog editor that’ll interface to many of the most popular weblogging software - Moveable Type, Typepad, Wordpress and the rest.
