But I had a similar experience growing up in Wales. At school assemblies we often had to sing baffling hymns in Welsh. Our ‘school song’ was the most laughable; we sang it only once annually, at Speech Day. The words were particularly incomprehensible and even unpronounceable and nobody ever remembered the tune from the previous year.

I communicate with members of the terror cult, all the time. I tell them to disregard that vulgar murder manual, the Koran. And I say that their so-called ‘prophet’ was a pedophile and a fraud.

Reminder: the phony ‘prophet’ was a sex-toy to an heiress to a wealthy trade family. When she turned 55 – Muhammad was 40 – he was so depressed at his lack of young booty that he went on a cave retreat. When he returned home he claimed that an angel began passing ‘revelations’ to him. He had no success in recruiting people until he organized a robber gang. Happy with the ‘division of the spoils’ (Anfal; a chapter of the Koran), the con-man promised his pigeons heavenly rewards if they fought to the death. Of course, the ‘angel’ assigned him 20% (khums tax) of the booty, and allowed him unlimited wives (he took 13; one at 6 years of age). His lies have resulted in the mass murder of at least one half billion people, and the extinction of ancient cultures.

How is this untrue?

But why? Even if rover is usually haram, Muslim authorities make exceptions so that a common list of situations in which doggies are allowed is, for example:

1. A trained dog for hunting. Remember in Islam we are only allowed to hunt for food; there is no such thing as hunting for fun, for we are not allowed to kill or torture animals or drive them out of their habitats for the fun of it
2. A trained dog as a guide. This would be the case if a person is blind and he/she has no choice but to keep a dog for essential services. In this case, it is permissible for him/her to keep a dog inside the house once it has been trained for service, but it is still recommended that the dog have its own sleeping arrangement.
3. A dog trained for police duties.
4. A guard dog to guard houses or property.
5. A dog used by farmers to shepherd cattle and sheep.

And Ibrahim Mogra, an Imam quoted in the articles, says, I think Acpo needs to consult better and more widely. So if Islamic religious authorities are able to relax the (admittedly silly) prohibition, whence the Association of Chief Police Officers’ difficulties?

I think it probably comes from the politically-correct diversity trainers, whose immunity to common sense is truly impressive.
